Summary: A trail that takes guests around and through some of the mine’s most prominent structures and ruins will be available for walking at any time throughout the day. An extended, guided hike is available free of charge at 12pm. Expect to learn more about the mine’s history and the structures that are visited. Guests should plan to bring their own snowshoes, dress for the weather, and expect a 1.5 – 2 mile hike. Meet at the No. 2 Shafthouse where light refreshments will be available.
